Title: Treasury DAO Rules — First Draft

The Treasury will fund devs, tools, and community. But how strict should rules be? 

  • Open proposals for anyone?
  • Minimum quorum for votes?
  • Should grants have milestones or be paid upfront?
 

Community feedback needed before we finalize DAO logic.
